On Habbo Hotel if you encounter a technical problem, it probably has a easy fix to it. If you can't log into a certain account
on Habbo Hotel, but can others you possibly could be banned. Use the Habbo Help Tool and select the I think I have been banned
option and see if you are, or not. You should be able to tell if you have been banned when you log into habbo because a message
should appear like this one here. Other problems may occur also, so keep reading and myabe your problem will get solved.
Windows Troubles (SP2)
This problem dosn't occur much but if you have Windows Service Pack 2 installed on your computer, the problem could be from
the built in popup blocker, which you must turn off in some cases to access Habbo Hotel. Also, there is a built in firewall
which could cause troubles, so configure it from the Control Panel to allow Habbo Hotel.
Shockwave Problems
If you have a black screen when loading habbo, error messages, or any other problems try re installing your Shockwave problem.
To do so, click here and download Shockwave. If that does not solve the problem, try looking the Macromedia Shockwave Player
Support area, located here.
Disconnecting
This is when you get the Oops, cannot connect to Habbo Hotel or Disconnected message while you are logging into or on Habbo.
This is occurring because you are breaking the connect between you and Habbo hotel. This is done by your ISP which is your
Internet Service Provider. Such as Sympatico, Rogers, Telus, etc. Your ISP is probably doing this because it is a peek time
and many users are using their product or Habbo Hotel is at a peek time and a lot of habbos are online. Simply just reload
habbo by pressing F5 or exiting it and clicking Check In from the habbo homepage.
Memory
If you get a message saying your computer is out of memory you should restart your computer. Also, trying a different browser
may help as well. A personal tip, when I use Firefox if I try and run more then 1 habbo at the same time, I get the error
message. If I switch to Internet Explorer, it will allow more habbo windows to open!
